Bar Lead / Front of House Manager
Location: The Blind Finch Spring, TX
Compensation: $25 $35 Full-Time
s to: General Manager & Assistant General Manager
Overview:
The Bar Lead is responsible for managing front-of-house operations, overseeing bar service, and leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This position blends hands-on service, leadership, and operations management in a fast-paced, high-end cocktail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar and FOH operations including scheduling, staffing, cleanliness, and safety
Lead, train, and mentor bar and FOH staff in service standards, beverage prep, and presentation
Manage inventory, ordering, and waste-reduction efforts
Ensurepliance with all local/state alcohol service laws and ServSafe guidelines
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
Collaborate with management on events, seasonal promotions, and product offerings
Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and brand consistency
Secure building and assets during closing procedures; ensure close to open readiness
Track sales and performance data to help drive profitability and improvements
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in bar or restaurant management
Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and FOH operations
TABC and ServSafe Certified or willing to obtain
Strongmunication,anizational, and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance andmitment to guest satisfaction
Ability to stayposed and make smart decisions under pressure
