Hiring both an Assembly cook and Grill cook
A Line Cook (Assembly Line Cook) is responsible for preparing and assembling food quickly, accurately, and consistently according to our restaurants recipes and standards. In a fast-paced, quick-service kitchen like ours, this role is key to a smooth operation.
Primary Duties consist of:
1. station setup
2. assembly & execution
3.munication & coordination
4. Quality & Food Safety
5. Ticket Management
*Skills Required*
1. Experience working in the restaurant industry
2. Strong multitasking and time management.
3. Good memory for builds/recipes.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Team player with a calm, focused attitude under pressure.
Scheduling:
Part Time or Full Time
Hours vary from 6am- 3pm
*SUN - WED or WED- SAT*
*Morning position, allowing you to have the afternoons off*
A Grill Cook is responsible in preparing and cooking menu items according to recipe standards and health regulations. Along with maintaining the pace of our quick service restaurant.
Primary Duties consist of:
1. Maintained high standards of cleanliness andanization in workstations
2. Operating grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
3. Executing menu items according to recipe standards
4. Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies
5. Communicating effectively with chefs, kitchen staff and FOH team to ensure a smooth service
6. Followed food safety procedures (HACCP) and ensuredpliance with sanitation regulations
*Skills Required*
1. Fast- paced cooking under pressure
2. Knife and food prep efficiency
3. Attention to detail and consistency in plating
4. Team collaboration andmunication
5. Time management and multitasking
6. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
