Your Role in Our Story:

Maintaining mise en place for smooth service operations

Preparing high-quality culinary dishes and components mainly consisting of fresh ingredients.

Finalizing dishes by portioning, plating, performing a la minute cooking tasks, garnishing, and checking presentation.

Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, ensuring everything is in place to meet guest expectations.

Ensure food preparation is done efficiently, following all hygiene and safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

We have this position available in Pulitzer Garden and Jansz. This vacancy is for Pulitzer Garden.

Some experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or a similar role in a professional kitchen.

A passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow in the kitchen.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
