Cinque Terre/Barolo Ristorante is looking for a bartender to join our team and call this place home! We are located in the heart of South Lake Union, looking for an experienced bartender to plant some seeds and build their reputation and following. We have always prided ourselves on top quality service, personability, and keeping our guestsing back time and time again, not only for the amazing wine list, authentic Italian cuisine, but wonderful cocktails as well. We are looking for a bartender for 3 days a week, a consistent schedule as we are open 7 days a week. Since we are located in one of the Amazon buildings t is never a slow day!

Bartender would be working solo behind the bar with a barback and cocktailer for lounge support from 2:00-11:00pm for happy hour and dinner shifts. We offer health and dental benefits for any worker working 30+ hours a week, 50% off an employee/staff meal, and sick pay as mandated by the state (1 hour sick pay per 40 hours worked).

Must Have:

3+ years of bartending experience

3+ years restaurant/fine-dining experience

An extroverted personality/attitude

Knowledge of Italian wines

Reliable mode of transportation

Available nights/weekends

Current MAST/Food Handlers

Cleanliness

Punctuality/Reliability
