Pintxo by Valdemar is a vibrant Spanish-inspired restaurant and winery located in the heart of Woodinville. We re backed by five generations of winemaking excellence at Valdemar Estates, and we focus on delivering an elevated, ingredient-driven experience balancing award-winning wines with seasonal cuisine, inventive cocktails, and genuine hospitality.
The Role:
We re hiring a Line Cook with a sharp eye, steady hands, and serious respect for the plate. Our kitchen runs tight and clean, with a small team and a strong culture of collaboration. Every dish we serve reflects ourmitment to precision, presentation, and purposeful technique.
We want cooks who are passionate not just about food, but about the details: how it s prepped, how it s plated, how it tastes, and how it makes someone feel.
What We re Looking For:
A strong understanding of technique, timing, and kitchen flow
Obsession with detail especially when ites to plating and consistency
Commitment to quality andanization, even in high-volume service
Clearmunication and a team-first mindset
A genuine interest in seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
Reliability, accountability, and pride in your station
What You ll Do:
Execute dishes to spec with precision and urgency
maintain a clean,anized, and efficient line
Contribute to daily prep and service setup
Collaborate closely with both back- and front-of-house teams
Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
Requirements:
2+ years line experience in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen
Ability to stayposed under pressure
Evening and weekend availability (shifts are Thursday through Sunday)
Current Food Handler s card (or willing to obtain)
