We re seeking a Food Runner who thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates guest needs, and takes pride in flawless plate delivery and guest engagement.

What You ll Do:

Act as the critical link between kitchen and dining room, ensuring each dish is delivered accurately and with urgency

Communicate clearly with chefs, servers, and managers to time orders and prioritize high-impact moments

Uphold presentation standards and menu knowledge to help guide guests through their experience

Assist with table maintenance, guest requests, and overall dining room readiness

Embody the pace, professionalism, and polish that define the Top Roe standard

What We re Looking For:

Experience in fine dining or high-volume service environments preferred

Ability to move swiftly and gracefully under pressure

Strong memory, menu knowledge, andmunication skills

Team-first attitude and a deep respect for hospitality

Reliable, punctual, and coachable
