Job Details Brasero, one of the country's top 10 best new restaurant as published in The Robb Report, is looking for an enthusiastic hospitality focused bartender to join our team!

Brasero is the second restaruant opened up by Chef John Manion drawing its inspiration from South American food, flavors and ideas while keeping a midwestern sensability and approach creating a exciting yet comfortable atmosphere for any guest for any occasion.

Brasero offers a unique wine and beverage program with a wine list that features 100 bottles of wine all under $100 from some of the most inovative and forward thinkers in South American wine. This coupled with a cocktail program that is has reaches to Brazil but with an emphasis familiarity of classics sets the stage for the amazing expereince we strive to provide for ANY guest.
