We are seeking a reliable and energetic Barback to join our team and support our bartenders in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the bar operations in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required.

• Stock and restock bar with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas.

• Assist bartenders with prep work, including cutting fruit and organizing bar tools.

• Remove trash, clean spills, and keep bar area sanitary throughout service.

• Retrieve and wash used glassware, ensuring a steady supply for bartenders.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the bar manager.

• Assist with kegs, CO2 tanks, and restocking coolers and back stock.

• Support bartenders in maintaining high-quality service and quick turnaround times.

• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Work as with the bartenders and servers as a team, this means you will need to assist on the floor bussing glasses, running food to the bar, assisting on the floor to make sure all guests are having the best experience possible

• Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).

• Strong work ethic, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take direction.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Estamos buscando una persona responsable y energica para unirse a nuestro equipo como Barback y apoyar a nuestros bartenders en la prestacion de un servicio excepcional. El candidato ideal trabaja rapido, presta atencion a los detalles y esta dispuesto a aprender las operaciones de la barra en un ambiente dinamico y enfocado en el cliente.

Preferiblemente bilingue (Espanol / Ingles)

• Abastecer y reabastecer la barra con licores, cervezas, vinos, mezcladores, hielo, guarniciones, cristaleria y otros suministros.

• Mantener la limpieza y organizacion de la barra y las areas circundantes.

• Ayudar a los bartenders con la preparacion, como cortar frutas y organizar herramientas.

• Retirar la basura, limpiar derrames y mantener el area de la barra higienica durante el servicio.

• Recoger y lavar la cristaleria utilizada, asegurando un suministro constante.

• Monitorear los niveles de inventario e informar escaseces al gerente de barra.

• Asistir con el manejo de barriles, tanques de CO y reabastecimiento de refrigeradores y almacenes.

• Apoyar a los bartenders para mantener un servicio de alta calidad y rapido.

• Cumplir con todas las normativas de salud, seguridad y politicas de la empresa.

• Se prefiere experiencia previa en bares, restaurantes o entornos de hospitalidad (no obligatoria).

• Capacidad para levantar y cargar objetos pesados (hasta 50 libras / 23 kg).

• Etica laboral solida, confiable y capaz de trabajar en un ambiente acelerado.

• Trabajo en equipo, actitud positiva y disposicion para seguir instrucciones.

• Debe tener al menos 21 anos.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana y dias festivos.

Compensation: Hourly ($12.00 - $14.00) plus tips
