Hotel Restaurant Cooks Wanted

Pay: $13.00/hour + Tips

Day and Evening Schedule: 5am-1pm / 3pm-10pm (Split shifts may be required)

Job Requirements

• 2 + years Cook experience in restaurant setting
• Ability to work split shift hours and weekends
• Must have valid Food Handlers license
• Experience using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Attention to detail
• Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 20-50 lbs
• Able to sit, stand, bend, and reach

Job Responsibilities

• Display excellent customer service
• Prepare and set up breakfast
• Prepare and assist guests with lunch and dinner
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitary at all times
• Obtain Food Handlers license
• Follow all Department of Heath food safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
