Job Title: Associate Custodian 2nd Shift
Location: Carol Stream, IL

About the Role:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Associate Custodian to support our 2nd shift operations. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities clean and orderly. Youll play a vital role in ensuring our workspace remains sanitized, safe, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing

• Sanitize restroom areas and replenish soap, paper products, and other supplies

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste materials appropriately

• Store and maintain janitorial equipment after use

• Report any repairs or safety concerns to the supervisor

• Assist with occasional basic maintenance or groundskeeping tasks

• Follow all safety standards and procedures during cleaning operations

• May assist with special cleaning projects or seasonal deep cleans

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 01 year of general custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience (1 year preferred)

• Willingness to follow instructions and work under close supervision

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working in an industrial or warehouse environment

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
