Consiglio's Restaurant Join Our Team! - Server/Bartender & FOH Support (Food Runner) - Part-Time Sign in to apply New Haven, CT Sign in to apply We are looking for an enthusiastic friendly bartender/server to provide excellent guest experiences in our restaurant and on our gorgeous outside patio. Candidates must be able work well with our awesome team and be available Wed-Sat nights. We're looking for someone to bartend one night and serve about 2 nights per week. Compensation includes hourly and tips. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve dinner and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume and proven working experience Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Shift: Night shift Ability to Commute: New Haven, CT 06511 (Required) Work Location: In person
