We seek a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Lead Housekeeper at our Sunset Hills facility. The right candidate will always strive to do the best job possible, to be creative, and to work towards accomplishing facility goals.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate staff work schedules and projects.
Train new employees to ensure all housekeeping procedures are followed correctly.
Ensure that all equipment used in the cleaning process is safe, well maintained, working correctly, and operating optimally.
Inspect rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to identify any issues that must be addressed immediately.
Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ensure that all assigned areas are clean and organized.
Complete work orders and customer requests on time to ensure customers receive high-quality service.
Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments, such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
Performs general housekeeping duties in hallways and common areas.
Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent preferred but not required
Ability to cooperate closely with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisors, and peers. Requires courtesy, tact, and graciousness.
Fundamental understanding of hospitality, customer service, personal hygiene, and appearance.
Attention to cleanliness and safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail.
Work collaboratively in a team environment that promotes inclusiveness and communication among team members.
