As a mission-driven non-profit, we are currently seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who not only excels in the kitchen but is also passionate about making a positive social impact. Were looking for a dedicated professional who values both excellence in pastry and the empowerment of individuals in vulnerable communities.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a scratch pastry kitchen

  • Solid knowledge of viennoiserie production, including lamination techniques

  • Proficiency in making classic fillings such as pastry cream, fruit curds, jams, gels, caramel, and meringues

  • A current food handler certification (or ability to obtain one within 15 days of hire)

  • Availability to work one weekend day per week

  • Willingness to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00)
