Job Details Redwood Hospitality is looking for a skilled and organized bartender to join our team across Place des Fetes and Cafe Mado. This is a unique opportunity for someone whos passionate about beverage programs and eager to contribute both behind the bar and behind the scenes. In addition to one or two bartending shifts per week (based on need), this role will support our beverage operations through prep, R&D, and inventory management at both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead bar prep at both Place des Fetes and Cafe Mado, including batching, juicing, and mise en place

Collaborate on seasonal and menu R&D with the beverage team

Track and manage bar inventory and assist with ordering and vendor coordination

Fill in for bartending shifts at either location (12 per week depending on need)

Support cleanliness, consistency, and organizational systems behind the bar

Requirements:

Prior bartending experience in a high-volume or craft setting

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Interest in beverage development and prep techniques

Ability to work independently across two locations

Flexibility in schedule and willingness to adapt to evolving needs

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.50 - $20.00)
