The team is seeking dynamic, genuine Servers who enjoy making people happy with the help of tequila and tacos!

Qualified Servers will have:

  • Ability to multi-task various floor responsibilities while placing an emphasis on hospitality
  • 2 years experience in Metropolitan restaurants preferably high volume
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Interest in Baja cuisine/ culture
  • Strong beverage knowledge including agave-based cocktails, beer, and classic wines
  • RAMP certification (highly preferred)
  • Saturday and Sunday AM availability
  • Saturday - Tuesday PM availability
