Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Worker:

  • General Maintenance & Repairs:Fixing and maintaining building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), fixtures, equipment, and grounds
  • Preventative Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and maintenance to prevent future problems and ensure the longevity of the property
  • Emergency Repairs: Responding to and resolving urgent issues such as leaks, electrical problems, or equipment malfunctions
  • Groundskeeping: Maintaining landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal as needed
  • Painting & Carpentry:Performing minor painting, carpentry, and other general repairs
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
  • Communication: Effectively communicating with tenants, supervisors, and other team members about maintenance needs and issues
  • Safety & Compliance:Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues
  • Manual Dexterity: Comfort with physical tasks and ability to use tools and equipment
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and climb for extended periods
  • Background check and drug screening required
