Miami's finest assisted living residence is looking for a full-time housekeeper

Essential requirement of all employees:
>> Ability to pass Level II Background Screening
>> Must be conversationally proficient in English, at a minimum
>> Provide Bay Oaks with necessary information to verify experience and employment eligibility.

You notice things others might miss, like dust on top of picture frames or a slightly crooked picture, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive clean.
Reliability and Punctuality:
You are dependable, arrive on time, and commit to doing a job well done.
Discretion and Confidentiality:
You respect privacy and handle personal belongings of our resident guests with care and discretion.
Organization and Efficiency:
You are organized in your approach to cleaning, manage your time effectively, and can work independently or as part of a team.
Strong Communication Skills:
You can clearly understand and follow instructions in English, ask clarifying questions when needed, and communicate effectively with the resident guests about any needs or concerns they may have.
Proactivity and Initiative:
You anticipate needs and take initiative to maintain the home environment without constant reminders.
Positive Attitude and Professionalism:
You approach your work with a positive attitude, maintain a professional demeanor, and are respectful of the residents and your colleagues.
Honesty and Integrity:
You are trustworthy and honest in your work, admitting mistakes and taking responsibility for your actions. You provide feedback so we can all do our best work in service to our elderly residents.

Pay is $15-17 per hour to start, depending on experience. Senior housekeeper makes $20 an hour and is looking to retire soon.
