Service Porter

Castle Rock CDJR is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to serve as a Service Porter / Shuttle Driver / Valet. A dynamic, customer-facing role that keeps our service department running smoothly. Valet Duties:

• Greet service customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pickup

• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely, professional manner

• Provide a welcoming first impression for all service guests

Shuttle Driver Duties:

• Transport customers to and from the dealership promptly and courteously

• Maintain a clean, gassed-up, and presentable shuttle vehicle

• Communicate clearly with advisors about pickup/drop-off needs

Service Porter Duties:

• Move vehicles to technician stalls, detail, or staging areas as needed

• Maintain service lot organization,

• Wash and vacuum vehicles after service when necessary

• Assist with shop cleanliness and supply restocking

• Support the service team and advisors with miscellaneous tasks throughout the day

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in appearance

• Comfortable driving various types of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs)

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
