What You’ll Do
- Must be able to read and follow processing recipes.
- Operate all processing equipment safely and accurately.
- Follow established sanitation guidelines and maintain a sanitary and safe work environment.
- Achieve knowledge of all products through training.
- Recognize quality standards in raw ingredients and finished products.
- Must be able to work productively in a team.
- Adhere to all FDA guidelines and regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate the correct techniques to operate equipment safely.
- Demonstrate up-to-date and current CGMPs (current good manufacturing practices).
- Complete department and company training.
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
- Perform all other duties as required or assigned.

- Must be able to communicate production concerns to the Production Kitchen Coach and Kitchen Manager.
- Must be able to tell time and calculate time increments and execute basic math skills.
- Comfortable communicating with guests when necessary.
