THE JOB:

As a Food Runner, youll be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering WOW -worthy experiences with your friendly demeanor and top-notch service in a fast pace, exciting sports bar. By attentively understanding and anticipating guests' unique preferences, youll create moments of joy and delight that make every visit unforgettable and leave a lasting impression long after their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.3367 hourly plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner, making them feel welcome

• Rotate running food between Overlook Grill,Boulevard and Chelsea Pools

• Expedite food from the kitchen to the table as dictated by sequence of service and by the Chef or kitchen expediter

• Describe food upon placement on the table, answering questions pertaining to the dishes

• Describe menu features as needed including changes and additions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work seasonally varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

• 6+ months of prior experience in a high-volume dining restaurant as a food runner or server

• Experience working in a similar resort setting

• Knowledgeable of food and menu preparation

• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
