Residential & Move-Out Cleaner Part-Time (Portland Metro Area)

About the Role:
Flawless Keeping is hiring dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team! We provide high-quality residential and move-out cleaning services across the Portland Metro area. This is a part-time W-2 employee position with room to grow.

Key Details:
$20/hour starting pay
Part-time, 4-hour shifts (9am2pm or 12pm5pm)
Flexible weekday schedule; earlier summer starts encouraged
Paid training
All supplies provided
No nights or weekends

Duties Include:
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing
Move-out cleanings (deeper/detail cleaning including interior of appliances)
Following checklists and instructions
Working independently or with a small team

Requirements:
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with physical work (bending, lifting, standing)
Clear communication and a team mindset
Must have your own reliable transportation
Must pass background check
Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
