We are currently looking for a warm, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Ma Maison De Beaute, a luxury wellness and anti-aging spa located in the heart of Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of front desk or spa receptionist experience and a passion for beauty, wellness, and client care.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and provide a welcoming atmosphere
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings
Handle POS transactions and daily closing reports
Support service providers with schedule flow and customer check-in/out
Educate clients on services, promotions, and retail products
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, salon, or wellness setting
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Proficient in scheduling software
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Team-player attitude and positive energy
