Tu Madre Westwood is now hiring cashiers! Were looking to add enthusiastic sta to our incredible
FOH team!

What were looking for:
- Engaging, friendly and hospitable people. Hospitality is the name of the game here at Tu
Madre and we need people who can uphold our brand image. Our team is open, engaging,
and personable! The guest experience is our top priority.
- Someone who can work in a fast paced environment while also knowing how to utilize the
downtime. When its busy its busy, when its slow you set yourself up for success. The ideal
candidate should be able to utilize their time wisely.
- Positive attitudes! Weve created an incredible work environment of dedicated sta who
have fun and get the job! We keep negativity out of the workplace.
- Self sustainability. An expectation and perk is that our team doesnt need the manager to
micromanage. With that comes the responsibility and expectation that you can get the job
done without constantly being told what to do. The expectation with this job is that you can
set yourself up for success and hold your own during service.

What to expect:
- Minimum wage plus tips.
- Be aware of the location before applying. This is the Tu Madre in Westwood. Please ensure
you have adequate transportation.
- Part time and flexible scheduling!.
- Call outs and no-shows cannot be tolerated at this location. We are a small crew and
therefore have a tight policy on last minute call outs and no-shows. We are a window-
service establishment. We have a good time and we work hard. We show up with a positive
attitude and are always ready to make it a memorable experience for our guests. We maintain
our restaurant, we maintain our workspace, and we maintain the Tu Madre brand.
