Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Airbnb Cleaner to join our team. As an Airbnb Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of multiple properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness for incoming guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
Empty trash and recycling bins.
Check and restock amenities and supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager.
Ensure the property is guest-ready before the check-in time.
Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in a hospitality or Airbnb setting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Good communication skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (e.g., furniture, cleaning supplies).
Needs reliable personal transportation

Benefits:

Competitive pay rate starting between $25-30 an hour, depending on experience.

There is a full time weekday position averaging 30-40 hours a week and a part time weekend position that averages 10 hours a weekend. Core work hours are between 10am and 4pm with flexibility for remaining hours.
