House Cleaner - Subcontractor

We are seeking reliable subcontractors to join our team at KleanPristine LLC . The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who provides their own cleaning supplies, equipment, and transportation, and is fluent in English. Subcontractors will be responsible for executing jobs according to agreed-upon timelines and specifications, with payment based on the size, scope, and complexity of the work completed.

Responsibilities:

Complete assigned jobs independently or with a team (as applicable)

Provide your own cleaning supplies, materials (when necessary), and reliable transportation

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

Requirements:

Proven experience of at least 1+ year in Cleaning Service for Residential Homes or Commercial Properties

Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)

Possess all necessary tools and equipment to complete work

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and work orders

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation:

Pay is based on the price, size, and complexity of each project

Compensation will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins

This is a 1099 independent contractor position (no benefits or taxes withheld)
