Landscapers/Groundskeeper

NOW HIRING: Groundskeeper Crew (2 Full-Time Positions)**
Location: Charleston, WV and surrounding areas
Pay: \$12.50 \$14.00/hour (based on experience)

Were hiring **two full-time Groundskeeper Crew members** to help maintain and enhance our properties year-round. If youre dependable, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in outdoor work, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
* Weed pulling and spraying
* Trimming hedges and removing overgrowth
* Installing new landscaping (mulch, plants, etc.)
* Installing and cleaning French drains and other drainage solutions
* Seasonal duties: snow removal and de-icing during winter months
* General exterior maintenance and assisting with tasks as assigned by the Area Manager

**Requirements:**

* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment
* Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred
* Must be dependable, take direction well, and work as part of a team
* Ability to lift and perform physically demanding tasks

**Compensation & Benefits:**

* Competitive hourly pay: $12.50\$14.00/hour (based on experience)
