Were seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated pediatrician to provide outstanding care to a vibrant, diverse patient community.

As a pediatrician on our team, youll deliver high-quality primary care to children and adolescents in a collaborative, modern clinic setting.

• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care including well-child visits, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.

• Offer compassionate guidance and support to families, addressing physical, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in electronic health records.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Board certification in Pediatrics.

• 5"10 years of pediatric primary care experience with a strong clinical record.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to patient- and family-centered care.

• Proficiency with electronic health records.

• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligibility).

• Competitive salary of $300,000 with productivity bonus and full benefits.

• Panel of approximately 200 patients , typically seeing 3"5 patients per day.
