Barback - Gay Bar in Long Beach

Join the team at a lively gay bar in Long Beach. Were looking for a dedicated barback to support our bartenders and keep the good times flowing in our fun, vibrant environment.

What Youll Do:
- Clean and maintain bar areas, including washing glasses and wiping surfaces.
- Remove empty bottles and trash to keep the bar and bathrooms tidy.
- Restock bar supplies like liquor, ice, glassware, and garnishes.
- Assist bartenders during busy shifts to ensure smooth service.
- Help with setup and breakdown for events or special nights.

Requirements:
- 21+ years old.
- Previous barback or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, LGBTQ+-focused environment.
- Available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of Long Beachs nightlife or LGBTQ+ community.
- Experience in high-volume bar or club settings.
- Basic familiarity with bar operations or mixology.
- Valid California RBS certification.
