Canopy Tour Cashier, The Lodge at Geneva

The opportunity**

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Canopy Tour Cashier to join our Lake Erie Canopy Tours team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. As a Canopy Tour Cashier you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and managing all transactions accurately and efficiently.

**What will you do?**

+ Manage booking inquiries and reservations via an online reservation and point-of-sale system

+ Greet, check-in, and provide the relevant information to tour guests when they arrive at the welcome center

+ Process sales with appropriate point-of-sale system, accepts payment, counts change, and bags merchandise

+ Stock retail merchandise and prices and faces items on shelves

**More about you**

+ Previous experience using point-of-sale system required

+ Basic math skills; ability to accurately handle money and count change

+ Knowledge of reservation systems and Excel preferred

+ Previous experience in retail or customer service environment preferred

+ No high school diploma or GED required

**Physical requirements**

+ Ability to bend, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs

+ Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

+ Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
