Facilities Associate / Groundskeeper

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine grounds maintenance
• Keep grounds free of litter
• Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns
• Install and maintain landscapes, prune trees or shrubs, and do other tasks to ensure that vegetation is attractive, orderly, and safe.
• Maintain landscaping, including pruning, weeding, watering, and mowing, as well as any other necessary work on the property
• Must work in a safe manner and utilize all appropriate PPE while performing job
• Other duties as assigned by management

Experience:

• Previous experience working in lawn care, grounds maintenance or similar role a plus
• Knowledge of power tools (e.g. power drill) and basic hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision while still being able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must be 18 years of age

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday through Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lafayette, TN 37083: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance / groundskeeping: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
