CUSTODIAN

Location: Lakewood, WA

Position Status: Full Time, Hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 1pm

Position Location: Onsite

Salary: $17 - $20 depending on experience

ABOUT THE POSITION

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our Lakewood facility. This role plays an important part in the day-to-day upkeep of our space, ensuring that it stays tidy, sanitized, and comfortable for both employees and visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs general cleaning and janitorial tasks throughout the facility.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and employee break areas.
• Handles basic groundskeeping, such as mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
• Keep janitorial areas organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time, with or without notice.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to stay on task
• Friendly and professional when interacting with staff and guests

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Frequent reaching, bending, pulling, and stooping
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
