Position Description & Responsibilities

We are adding an additional bartender to our small bar team. A successful candidate is committed to warm and genuine hospitality, comfortable in a high standards environment and brings their personality to the role. Responsibilities include opening/closing side work tasks, managing a section and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the menu.

Position Requirements

  • 2 -3 + years of relevant restaurant experience
  • Flexible availability
  • 4+ shifts per week with opening and closing responsibilities
  • Dedicated work ethic
  • Ability to work efficiently for 6-8 hours on your feet
  • Sincere interest in the art of hospitality, food and beverage
  • Basic working knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails and wine
  • Understanding of steps of service and the ability to prioritize guests in a busy setting

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.00) plus tips
