High Street opened in October of 2023 as a continuation of the original High Street on Market restaurant and acclaimed bakery located in the historic Franklin Building at 9th & Chestnut. Position Description & Responsibilities
We are adding an additional bartender to our small bar team. A successful candidate is committed to warm and genuine hospitality, comfortable in a high standards environment and brings their personality to the role. Responsibilities include opening/closing side work tasks, managing a section and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the menu.
Position Requirements
- 2 -3 + years of relevant restaurant experience
- Flexible availability
- 4+ shifts per week with opening and closing responsibilities
- Dedicated work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently for 6-8 hours on your feet
- Sincere interest in the art of hospitality, food and beverage
- Basic working knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails and wine
- Understanding of steps of service and the ability to prioritize guests in a busy setting
