As a line cook, you will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, supporting our headquarters employees and guests by delivering exceptional service in our cafes and at on-site events. You'll be responsible for preparing high-quality food, ensuring timely service, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

• Execute breakfast and lunch service in a quick and efficient manner from a short order cooking station.
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas, dish room, and prep stations to ensure efficient service
• Collaborate with cafe management to uphold high service standards and ingredient quality
• Follow standardized recipes and prep all ingredients for breakfast, lunch, catering, and on-site events
• Use established procedures to organize and manage daily responsibilities
• Communicate effectively to provide consistent support and coordination with team members

• Excellent customer service skills and a collaborative attitude
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to work all areas of the kitchen: grill, deli, salad, and prep station
• Physical capability to move throughout the kitchen, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate role-specific equipment
• Flexibility to work overtime or outside regular hours as needed
• Willingness to learn and apply standard procedures and best practices
• Valid Food Safety Certification (e.g., ServSafe)
