Were looking for a sharp, organized, and hospitality-driven Maitre D to lead the front-of-house experience at our high-energy rooftop bar and event space. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to command a host team, and understands how to blend warm hospitality with operational flow.

Your Core Responsibilities:
Lead the Host Team Train, manage, and support the host staff to ensure guests are greeted, seated, and prioritized smoothly
Touch Tables Walk the floor regularly to check in with guests, address needs, and ensure a Positive guest experience
Oversee Seating & Flow Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table rotation to maximize guest satisfaction and venue efficiency
Ensure Setup Standards Confirm all sections, private areas, and event spaces are properly set and ready before service begins

This is not a general management job or a floor manager job, this is a head host maitre d position.

What Were Looking For:
2+ years experience as a Maitre D, lead host, or FOH supervisor in a high-volume bar, lounge, or event space
Strong presence and leadership on the floor
Eye for detail and ability to maintain elevated service standards
Excellent communicator with guests, hosts, and floor staff

schedule nights, weekends, and holidays are a must
