We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Coordinators to work in the heart of Ottawa, just west of downtown. Youll be responsible for providing world class customer service to callers over the phone and via email! This Ottawa office is a great space to work and we know youll love it here!

Monday-Friday work week
Must be available during hours of work between 8am-8pm

Responsibilities
Provide relocation policy advice to customers through scheduled planning sessions
Take and make calls in a tactful manner - hold 30 mins planning session calls
Assist clients with solving complex problems
Review files and make suggestions for future claims or projects
Record detailed notes for each planning session in profiles for future review
Effectively manage your time while working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Bilingual French and English is mandatory
Must have customer service experience (preferably in a call centre environment)
Background in relocation services is considered an asset
High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Love problem solving
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Must be able to obtain a government security clearance (reliability)
