Line Cook

Creative Dining Services is looking for a Line Cook at Holland Civic Center. The Line Worker is responsible primarily for the distribution of food items to customers in a cafeteria setting. Provide fast, efficient service to all customers. Follow procedures and policies outlined by the company, such as portion control and plating procedures, while displaying a friendly and helpful attitude to all customers and fellow employees.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve meals to customers
• Set up station prior to meal serving time. Help set up the hot and cold menu items according to set-up diagrams. Know the name of each item being served
• Set up condiments and other items appropriate for meal, checking the menu for proper items
• Make sure lines and pans are garnished

The ideal candidate will preferably have some experience in food service.
