Buffet Server

POSITION SUMMARY: The Buffet Server plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and assists in creating memorable experiences for our guests at the Main Inn Dining Room.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining assigned restaurant section including cleaning of that section
• Standard side work duties such as rolling silverware, cleaning and maintaining equipment, etc.
• Formal table setting of China/Silverware/Glassware in preparation for a banquet function.
• Buffet setup as well as maintenance of beverage and food service
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to follow directions.
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skill
• Self-disciplined, dependable, and must have good communication skills.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
