THE JOB:
As a Barista, youll be at the heart of the guest experience. From handcrafting signature beverages, preparing quick-serve food, and delivering warm, personalized service. With every interaction, youll bring your passion for coffee, attention to detail, and commitment to hospitality, ensuring each guest enjoys a WOW moment theyll remember long after their stay. Your welcoming smile and exceptional service will set the stage for an unforgettable Luxor experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.3097 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take orders, serve, and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately

• Resolve guest concerns within your authority

• Unload and stock warehouse orders, ensuring supplies are organized and replenished

• Maintain cleanliness in both front and back of house areas, including clearing tables, counters, and keeping the dining area tidy for guest comfort

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED

• One (1) year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant

• Proficient in preparing basic coffee drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, and brewed coffee. Familiarity with Starbucks operations, mobile orders, and espresso machines is preferred
