Job Requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all common areas, including lobbies, elevators, mailrooms, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Present a polished and professional appearance while providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
- Perform routine touch-ups throughout the day to ensure spaces remain clean, tidy, and guest-ready at all times.
- Discreetly handle trash and recycling removal in accordance with property standards.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and comply with dress code requirements.
- Be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and properly use cleaning products and equipment.
Position Type and Expected Work Hours:
Type: Full-time position
Availability: Open availability required, 7 days a week
Shift hours: May vary between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Physical Requirements:
These physical demands are essential to perform the job effectively:
- Ability to carry a backpack vacuum (1218 lbs.).
- Ability to squat, stand, walk, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
- Frequently required to lift items up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to remain on their feet for the entire shift, including walking, bending, crouching, twisting, stretching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and squatting.
- Occasionally required to lift items as heavy as 50 lbs. to heights between 1070 inches.
- Regularly required to speak and hear while performing job duties.
