We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as an evening M Club Concierge/Attendant.

The Conciege Attendant stocks water bottles, beverages, snacks and meals in the M Club this role involves lifting of soda cases and moving of carts and trays.

The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel.

The role also provides a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area as they assist the guest to their room.

Position start time is 3:00pm and typically works until 11:00pm, weekend work is required.

This role also ensures the club is clean and organized for members.

Your Role:

• stock the club with beverages and snacks
• carry soiled dishes and linens to the proper cleaning area.
• prepare the evening buffet and ensure it is stocked throughout club's hours.
• clean the club after appetizer service , including mopping.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Interacts with all guests. The M Club guest services attendant will welcome each premier Bonvoy member to our hotel.
• You will be working together with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience.
• Be a wonderful host to all guests and employees and do more than just “the norm".
