POSITION SUMMARY

This role is vital in providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they walk in. You will assist the kitchen staff and servers respectively with delivery food to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests tables efficiently and accurately.
• Assist servers as needed to support the smooth flow of service.
• Assist bussers as needed with table setting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host stand and dining areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Ensure all guests feel valued, appreciated, and well taken care of during their visit.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding service and food safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain focus in a busy environment.
• Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
