Position Summary: The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred.
Proficiency in using computers and reservation systems (e.g., Opera, HotSos).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management systems.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
Follow all safety, security, and company policies and procedures.
