Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Cooks to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Concessions Cook, you will prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines. What will you do?

Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production

Set up and operation of kitchen equipment

Clean equipment properly according to correct procedures

Keep workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked

More about you

Ability to follow recipes and food abbreviations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail

Basic math skills

No experience or diploma required

Physical requirements

Able to stand for long periods of time including bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching

Able to lift 20 lbs or more

Exposed to variable temperatures
