We are Looking for Skilled Baristas/Counter Attendants
As a key and valued member of Gjelina LA, you will play an essential role in creating exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you will prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to our standards, assist guests at the counter with professionalism and warmth, and ensure the space is clean, organized, and ready for service at all times. You will also support the team by managing orders, maintaining the station, and staying informed about our food and beverage offerings.
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing high-quality coffee
Providing attentive, friendly counter service
Taking guest orders and processing
Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and efficient workspace
Supporting the team throughout service with clear communication
Qualifications:
1+ year of barista experience preferred
Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Food Handler Certification
