WHO WE ARE SEARCHING FOR:**

These individuals will join our Melt Department team at our state-of-the-art, family-owned, manufacturing facility in Benton, PA. We have openings for all shifts, providing flexibility for candidates looking to work in a dynamic environment.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:**
- Complete training rotation to learn the requirements of the position, including, but not limited to, safety and operations training.
- Safely pour molten iron from ladles into molds within automatic molding lines, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Use of an overhead monorail system to pour molten iron.
- Weigh, ready, and add alloys to the ladles.
- Check iron for slag and other impurities and remove as necessary.
- The ability to maintain proper metal flow and continuity to produce quality castings is required.
- Verify iron temperature is within job guidelines.
- Know and always follow safety rules.
- Perform other work as instructed by the supervisor.
