Plano is located within the metropolitan area commonly referred to as Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Job Description :

1. - Prepares and cooks Thai foods using special knowledge in Thai cooking techniques and special recipes;

- Prepares complicated and unique Thai dishes under time pressure (especially when the business has a full house);

- At least once a month, designs, plans, develops and creates recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers;

- Checks the quality of prepared dishes to ensure that standards are met;

- Checks the quantity and quality of received products;

- Designs and decorates each dish in the unique Thai style of presentation;

- Determines production schedules and staff requirements as necessary to ensure timely delivery of services;

- Follows standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices;

- Maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and

- Checks stock levels and orders supplies.

Salary

:

$37,294/year

Requirement:

24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).
