**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:** Provide outstanding service to our guests by taking orders accurately, preparing beverages to specification, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

- **Drink Preparation:** Craft a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.

- **Bar Maintenance:** Keep the bar clean and organized at all times, including washing glassware, maintaining bar supplies, and managing inventory.

- **Cash Handling:** Process payments swiftly and accurately, ensuring the security of cash and financial transactions.

- **ID Verification:** Ensure responsible beverage service by checking customer identification and monitoring for signs of intoxication.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu, including cocktails, food pairings, and special promotions, to assist guests in making informed choices.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work efficiently with other staff members, including servers and kitchen personnel, to provide seamless service.

- **Problem Solving:** Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

- **Compliance:** Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures at all times.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

- **Skills:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- **Attitude:** Positive, friendly, and energetic demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.

- **Flexibility:** Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- **Certification:** Possession of relevant certifications such as a food handlers permit or alcohol service certification is a plus.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to stand for extended periods.

- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.

- Manual dexterity for handling glassware and bar tools.
