General Maintenance Worker - Corpus Christi

Maintaining grounds, common areas, and parking area - free of debris, mowing grass, weeding, fertilization, etc.

- Provide maintenance related support in Marisol units.

- Must have basic knowledge in areas of - appliance repair/ installation, HVAC systems maintenance, general carpentry concepts, electrical concepts and safety procedures consistent with OSHA.

- Cleaning the pool and insuring all equipment functions properly.

- Report any concerns to Manager/ office personnel.

- Effective communication skills are critical.

- Great deal of physical endurance is required.

- May include responsibilities such as assisting guest and/or booking reservations.

- After hours/ on-call responsibilities for emergencies.

- Please note employee may be asked to perform task not outlined in job description.

- Must have 2 years experience

- Must have reliable transportation

- Paid bi-weekly

- Work will be at the Island

*Bilingual English - Spanish preferred.

*Strong maintenance skills, landscaping, CPO certified preferred, HVAC II/ Universal preferred, and On-call responsibilities.
