About the role

Climb Channel Solutions is currently seeking candidates to fill an open Receptionist position. In this role, a friendly and organized individual will greet visitors, answer phones and perform other miscellaneous sales support tasks.

Climb Global Services is a technical services team of cloud adoption and migration specialists, supporting all aspects of cloud adoption from migration to training and enablement services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Outlined below are the responsibilities of this position, including but not limited to:

  • Greet visitors with a friendly and cordial demeanor
  • Answer phones and properly transfer calls
  • Assist with weekly food delivery
  • Sort and distribute daily mail and packages
  • Keep the front desk and surrounding areas neat and tidy
  • Assist with customer service and order entry tasks

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excel in fast past environment
  • Independent working skills
  • Willing to provide superior customer service always
  • Self-motivated and proactive - willing to take extra steps to provide solutions
  • Skills in Microsoft Suite preferred
  • Eager to learn and take on additional tasks when needed
