With over 1,600 members, Westchester Country Club offers world-class facilities including the main club property and the beach club on the Long Island Sound. Club members enjoy two championship golf courses and a 9-hole executive course, comprehensive tennis and squash facilities, various dining options, an on-site fitness facility and indoor pool, and other specialized amenities. Westchester Country Club also has two large banquet rooms, conference facilities, member apartments, and guest accommodations.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

At Westchester Country Club, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our Members. We are hiring a part time Concierge to join our Sports House team and contribute to this shared mission of Member satisfaction. The Sports House Concierge is responsible for greeting members and guests, checking in gym users, processing guest fees, and ensuring compliance with club policies such as dress code and cell phone usage. This role also involves providing directions and assistance to ensure a welcoming and seamless member experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet all members and guests warmly upon arrival.
• Check in members for gym use and process any applicable guest fees.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to club policies, including dress code and cell phone usage.
• Provide accurate directions and information about Sports House amenities, programs, and schedules.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all members, guests, and staff.
• Report any member concerns or facility issues to management promptly.
• Assist with light administrative tasks or special projects as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Familiarity with hospitality or private club environments preferred.
• Service-minded attitude, with a focus on Member satisfaction
• Must have availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays if needed

PAY RANGE

$18.00 to $20.00 hourly compensation, commensurate with experience
